Limited to a small number of guests, this immersive event begins with a Champagne and canapé reception before Tony prepares a sensational eight‑course dinner live in the kitchen, sharing stories, techniques, and inspiration throughout the evening.
Guests will dine together in the Manor House, enjoying carefully selected wines alongside each course and the rare opportunity to interact directly with one of the UK’s most celebrated chefs. After dinner, retire to your bedroom for a relaxing overnight stay, followed by breakfast the next morning.

What to expect
Guests arrive at Norton Park Hotel and check in to the elegant Manor House at leisure. Settle into your room, explore the Manor House, or take time to enjoy the wider hotel facilities. Guests are welcome to enjoy a swim in the pool, or take a leisurely walk around the grounds before the evening’s main event.
Guests gather in the Manor House Lounge for a glass of Champagne and Canapes before dinner which will be served in the Dining Room. An intimate, interactive eight‑course taster menu prepared by celebrity chef Tony Singh. Wine will be served throughout the evening, with plenty of opportunity to engage with Tony as he cooks and shares stories behind the dishes.
Retire to your room, located in the Manor House, at your leisure after dinner.
Enjoy a relaxed breakfast before departure by 11am.

Our 16th century Manor House has been lovingly restored and tastefully refurbished to create the perfect base for truly memorable stays. Seamlessly blending boutique style and home-from-home comfort, it’s the perfect spot for bringing friends, family or colleagues together for a different kind of break.

- Event Date: check-in 3pm, 9 July 2026 & check-out 11am, 10 July 2026
- Over 18s only
- £250 per person based on 2 adults sharing a room in the Manor
- £300 per person based on single occupancy
Booking & Payment
Full pre‑payment is required at the time of booking. Spaces are limited and allocated on a first‑come, first‑served basis.
Cancellation Policy
This is a special one‑off event and is non‑refundable and non‑transferable. We strongly recommend guests arrange suitable insurance if required.
Minimum Numbers
The event is subject to a minimum number of bookings. In the unlikely event the event is cancelled by the hotel, a full refund will be issued.
Dietary Requirements & Allergies
This Supper Club features a fixed tasting menu created and prepared by Tony Singh, designed to be enjoyed as a complete dining experience. Due to the nature of the menu and the supper club format, we may be limited in our ability to accommodate certain dietary requirements or preferences. Guests are kindly asked to notify the hotel of any allergies or dietary requirements at least 7 days prior to the event. While we will make every reasonable effort to accommodate essential allergies where possible, we regret that menu changes or substitutions cannot be guaranteed and cannot be made on the night. Guests with complex dietary requirements should be aware that this experience may not be suitable.
Chef Appearance
In the rare event that the advertised chef is unavailable due to circumstances beyond our control, a suitable alternative chef of comparable standing will be provided. No refunds will be offered in this instance.
Overnight Stay
Bedrooms will be allocated by the hotel. Check‑in from 3pm and check‑out by 11am.

Photography and filming may take place during the event for marketing and promotional purposes.
