- There are only a limited number of dates available on this promotion at this discounted rate.
- We reserve the right to amend or cancel any offers as appropriate without prior notice.
- Dates not available are: 23 – 25 January 2026 / 20 – 22 February 2026 / 26 February – 1 March 2026
- For bookings made more than 12 weeks prior to the rental date, a 25% booking deposit will be made by you.
- For bookings made less than 12 weeks prior to the rental date before the Rental Date, the full balance shall be payable by you, on submission of the Booking Form.
- You may cancel your booking at any time; however, you will not be entitled to reimbursement of the monies paid as a deposit. The deposit should be deemed non-refundable. If your arrival date is less than 12 weeks away the balance will still be due to us. As a goodwill gesture The QHotels Collection may attempt to re-let the stay if it is more than 12 weeks to the arrival date. In this instance we may need to apply an offer or discount to sell the stay. Any monies that could be reimbursed will be at The QHotels Collection discretion (if we re-let the stay).
